Out of 64 unsecured creditors, notice sent to unsecured creditors Nos.10,14,18, 19,24, 30, 32, 35, 36, 39, 44, 57, 58, 59, 62 and 64 returned unserved and hence, this application is filed to effect substituted service for the said unsecured creditors.
