I am the first petitioner herein. I am filing my examination in Chief in the form of the Proof Affidavit. In continuation of the same, I am now deposing and marking the following documents.
Ex.P1 is the letter dated 28.03.2023 sent by KFin Technologies Limited asking for succession certificate from the competent court of law.
Ex.P2 is the computer generated death certificate of Mr.V.Murugappan.
Ex.P3 is the computer generated death certificate of Mrs.M.Lakshmi.
