Learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff has no objection for allowing this application, which has been filed by the applicant/defendant seeking permission of this Court for the applicant/defendant to be represented by his power agent.
2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in
support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant/ defendant.
3.Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.
4.It is represented by the learned counsel for the applicant/defendant that an application has been filed by the applicant/defendant seeking to condone the delay in filing the written statement.
