The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus directing the respondent to grant patta for the property in Survey No. 128/16 to an extent of 1 Acre 49 Cents in Nakkalamuthanpatti Village, Kuruvikulam Panchayat, Kovilpatti Taluk, Tuticorin District, based on the application No.2023/0105/28/219487 dated 27.01.2023.

who takes notice for the respondent, submits that with regard to the said property, a Civil Suit is pending before the Sub Court, Kovilpatti, in A.S.No.11 of 2023 and by referring to that case, the request of the petitioner was rejected by the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, by a memo dated 12.04.2023. The said memo has also been furnished to the
