This Writ Petition was filed challenging the tender issued by the third respondent dated 19.09.2019 and for a consequential direction to the third respondent to issue a fresh tender.
2. When the matter came up for hearing on 28.11.2023, this Court passed the following order:
“The learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the contract that was given in favour of the fourth

respondent was cancelled. However, the learned counsel wants to take written instructions in this regard.
Post the case “For Orders” on 04.12.2023.”
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the written
instructions received from the third respondent was placed before this Court and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder:
“It is informed that the purchase order for supply of LED Video wall display system had not placed under the Tender Notice issued vide Tender Notice No.IPRC/PUR/2019E0358601 dated 19.09.2019, since the L1 bidder regretted to extend the offer validity.”
4. Recording the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
