Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the fifth respondent to take action to repair the damaged drainage relating to the petitioner's house to prevent it from causing spillage, further to remove all hazardous materials spilled in the drainage by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2023 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
