The petitioner has filed this writ petition for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to grant patta for the natham house site in Natham Survey No.478, present sub-division in Natham Survey No.478/4, measuring 2 cents situated in Pudur Anaipalayam Village, Mudikanam Post, Aravakurichi Taluk, Karur District as per the representation of the petitioner dated 07.12.2019.

It is informed by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner has paid the requisite amount on 30.03.2023 as per the notice of the second respondent dated 09.03.2023.

In the light of the above, the second respondent shall issue necessary patta to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today (05.04.2023).
