case and also the fact that there is no serious dispute on the amount that is payable to the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the respondent to pay a sum of Rs.4,74,327/- [Four Lakhs Seventy Four Thousand Three Hundred and Twenty Seven only] to the petitioner on or before 20.06.2023. If the amount is not paid before the date fixed by this Court, the respondent is directed to pay interest at the rate of 7.5% p.a. from the date when the amount became due and payable till the date of actual payment.
This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No
costs.
