ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since
during the pendency of the writ petition, an order has been passed by the respondent Registering Authority by Refusal Check Slip dated 14.11.2022 and a copy of the same has been produced by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and the copy of which has been served on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the said order i.e., Refusal Check Slip dated 14.11.2022 in the manner known to law.
Recording the said submission of the learned counsel appearing for
the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
