orders within six weeks. However, the RDO rejected her claim on 30.03.2022 on the ground that in her relatives school entries, it is mentioned as 'Kunjigar' community. Aggrieved against the same, she preferred an appeal before the Collector, Dharmapuri. The Collector also confirmed the order of the RDO, Dharmapuri on 10.10.2022. Therefore, she preferred a second appeal to the 1st respondent on 22.10.2022. However, the 1st respondent did not conduct any enquiry till date. In the meantime, the 2nd petitioner got admission in the 6th respondent college through counseling under ST category and she joined on 26.10.2022. The 6th respondent insisted the 2nd petitioner to produce Kurichchan (ST) Community certificate. Since a request was made, the 4th respondent granted two months time on 03.11.2022 for production of community certificate, failing which, the admission will be automatically cancelled. In similar circumstances, the Hon'ble Supreme Court had permitted the students to attend the classes subject to the final outcome of the decision by the State Level Scrutiny Committee with regard to her Scheduled Tribe category status. Hence, the present writ petition with the aforesaid relief.
