This writ petition has been filed seeking permission to travel to Malaysia to attend his Thalai Diwali Customs and Rituals.

Earlier, this Court, by an order dated 07.11.2023, had permitted

the petitioner to travel to Malaysia and return back to India with certain conditions and the Looked Out Circular issued at the instance of the first respondent was directed to be kept in suspended animation till today (i.e.)17.11.2023.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned

counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, after complying with the condition, had travelled to Malaysia on 09.11.2023 and returned back to India yesterday, (i.e.) on 16.11.2023 and the petitioner is also

present before this Court today. The learned counsel prays that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to revive the application at appropriate stage for travelling abroad for appropriate reasons.

The learned Special Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner, after travelling to Malaysia on 09.11.2023, has also complied with the other conditions imposed by this Court on 07.11.2023 and returned back to India. He would further submit that a direction may be issued to revive the Looked Out Circular forthwith.

The above said compliance is recorded and the writ petition is closed. However, Looked Out Circular issued on the request of the first respondent stands revived forthwith.
