We have heard Mr.E.Sathiyaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for the respondents.

The learned State Government Pleader submits that the

Special Tahsildar, Adidravidars Welfare had conducted site inspection on 05.10.2023 and found 4 families residing in the sheet houses on the land reserved for common purpose of the colony. Necessary facts are being reported to the District Adidravidar Welfare Officer for orders to evict the encroachment. Necessary action would be taken in that regard.

In view of the said statement, no further orders are necessary. The writ petition as such is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
