Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent herein pertaining to the orders passed in Revision Petition Nos.111 to 116, 178 to 200/2020 and 59 to 64 of 2021 D2 dated 17.11.2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 5 herein to evict respondents 6 to 40, who are the encroachers inside the Sri Konguneeshwarar Temple premises in Survey No.1274(2), 1276(3), 1279(2)(4), 1282, 1285, 1286(2), 1287(2), 1288(1) in Patta No.21 situated at Kaveripakkam, Nemili Taluk, Ranipet District.

Against respondent No.12, notice has been returned unserved. Respondent No.33 is dead and batta is not paid as against respondent No.39.

submits that the alternate accommodation allotted is at a far away place and not suitable.
