- On 05.04.2023, this Court directed the III Additional Labour Court, Chennai to reopen the ID.No.8 of 2007 and to dispose the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

- The learned Judge, III Additional Labour Court, Chennai, vide letter dated 21.07.2023, has requested further period of six months to dispose of the appeal.

- Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of six months, finally, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
