ORDER
The limited prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a direction
to 1st respondent to incorporate the correct name in the type sheet that was filed in the Sub-Registrar Office along with the Sale Deed during its registration, which is maintained in Book 1, Volume 930, page 239 to 243 in the records of the 1st respondent and insert the name of the purchaser as " A.Mohammed Haneefa" in the place " Aboo Bucker".
Government Pleader produced a copy of Encumbrance Certificate which evidences that the name of " A.Mohammed Haneefa " has been replaced
