COMMON ORDER
The grievance of the petitioners is that the Patta that originally stood in their name was cancelled by the Tahsildar, without notice to the petitioners. The petitioners, therefore preferred an appeal to the District Collector, who transferred the matter to the District Revenue Officer concerned.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the District Revenue Officer
had held an enquiry, and the Patta was restored in the names of the petitioners as it was.
3.In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No Costs.
