Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the Special Tahsildar, Land Acquisitionm Aromatic Complex, C.P.C.L. 62/1, East Jones Road, Saidapet, Chennai-600 015, the 4th Respondent herein, culminating in Na.Ka.358/14, dated 09.12.2014 and quash the same and further direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to re-convey the land in Paimash No.240/D, 241, 242 and Patta No.193, an extent of 0.79 cents in Chinnasekkadu Village, Thiruvottiyur Taluk, Thiruvallur District forthwith to the petitioner.
