dated 28.05.2012 passed by the first respondent in proceeding R.No. 39570/MP.1/S1/2012-10 and the consequential order dated 04.06.2012 passed by the second respondent in proceeding Na.Ka.No.4165/2012/A4, and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in the post of Health Inspector Grade II.

Today when the petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petitions. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.
