ORDER
The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to dispose of the appeal dated 25.02.2022 filed by the petitioners with respect to the updation of the patta in favor of the petitioners in Survey numbers 38/1(Part), 37/1, 37/3, 28/2B and 29/1A4(Part) at 41-Narthenchedu Village, Yercaud Taluk, Salem District within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
29/1A4(Part) at 41-Narthenchedu Village, Yercaud Taluk, Salem District, the petitioners had made an application to the second respondent Tahsildar for transfer of patta. However, the Tahsildar by order dated 12.01.2022 has rejected the said plea of the petitioners.
