“Mr.Rabu Manohar, learned counsel accepts for R1 and Mr.A.Selva Nambi, learned counsel for Mr.V.Meenakshi Sundaram, learned counsel, accepts notice for R2.

2. Mr.Rabu Manohar, learned counsel for R1 would state orally that the application of the petitioner will be considered in light of UGC Regulations, 2023 dated 03.04.2023. Let this be reduced to writing.
