ORDER
The petitioner challenges an order dated 17.02.2012 issued
by the Pondicherry Industrial Promotion Development and Investment Corporation Ltd (PIPDIC) cancelling the allotment made for a shed bearing CS-69 at Mettupalayam Industrial Estate, Mettupalayam, Puducherry.
was that the same got damaged in a cyclone and hence could not be handed over since it was dilapidated.
per the terms of allotment dated 25.08.2011 and thus nothing survives in this matter as on date.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
