This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the first respondent dated 28.02.2022.
which, the petitioner is allowed to retire from service without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondent in the disciplinary proceedings initiated by them against the petitioner. Since the disciplinary proceedings have ended in favour of the petitioner, as seen from the order of the Disciplinary Authority dated 29.12.2022, which has been placed on record by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation, necessarily, the petitioner's retirement benefits will have to be paid by the respondent, as there is no bar for them to pay
