When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of this petition, the first respondent police has registered a case in Cr.No.3/AC/2023, dated 22.06.2023 against the respondents 4 & 5. Hence, no further order is necessary in this writ petition.

Recording the above submission made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
