3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the
petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition, challenging the impugned order dated 06.02.2023 passed by the Public Information Officer of the respondent, he fairly conceded that as against the said order, there is an effective appeal

remedy available before the appellate authority. Hence, he restricted his prayer
and sought permission of this Court to file an appeal before the appellate authority.
6. This Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
