the petitioner and the respondent Corporation also permitted the petitioner to do laundry business in the said place. Learned counsel would also state that one of the ironing carts seized by the respondent Corporation was also returned to the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation would state that the other ironing cart is totally damaged and hence, they are not in a position to return the same.
