ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Satheesh Standing Counsel for the Petitioner and of Mr.V.O.S.Kalai selvam Advocate for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:

By order, dated 30.11.2022, in W.P.(MD)No.10984 of 2017, this Court directed the Superintending Engineer to pay the terminal benefits to the writ petitioner within a period of four weeks from https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis the date of receipt of copy of the order.
