This petition has been filed seeking to amend the relief as one of declaration that the denial of employment to the petitioner as Subordinate Staff with effect from 19.11.2019 by the respondents is illegal and direct the respondent to regularize the petitioner to the post of Subordinate Staff of Andhra Bank at Moovalur Branch, Mayiladuthurai, Nagapattinam District with all attendant benefits instead of earlier relief, which was sought to regularize the post of the petitioner as Subordinate Staff in that particular branch.
