This petition is filed praying to recall the final order passed in W.P.No.7370 of 2023 dated 10.03.2023.
learned counsel for the petitioner in this WMP (4th respondent in WP.7370/2023) would submit that the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, by order dated 27.03.2023, in WP.(MD).Nos.14546 and 21199 of 2022 etc batch, has referred the issue “as to whether exercise of power under Section 77A of the Registration Act can be prospective in nature or retrospective in nature” and three other issues for due consideration by a Larger Bench of this court. The learned counsel hence, prayed to recall the order dated 10.03.2023.
appeal as against the order passed in W.P.No.7370 of 2023 dated 10.03.2023. Therefore, I am not inclined to recall the order dated 10.03.2023. This WMP is dismissed accordingly.
