This petition is filed to set aside the dismissed for non-prosecution order dated 15.02.2023 and to restore the W.P.No.15393 of 2017.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed. Accordingly, the miscellaneous petition is ordered.
