The issue raised in this writ appeal is no more res integra as
number of similar cases have been allowed in favour of the employee
or erstwhile employee and against the appellant State.
counsel appearing for the respondent that, the respondent is no more and his wife also is no more and it is very difficult to find out the legal heir of the respondent.
accordingly it is dismissed because of the contesting respondent is no more and against him it is abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
