In continuation of the order passed by this Court on 30.08.2023 and in
compliance thereat, the judgment debtor had deposited a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- in the account maintained by the judgment debtor in HDFC Bank. The said amount being transferred to the account of Official Assignee. Thus, the agreed amount of Rs.4,20,000/- towards full satisfaction is now received by the decree holder/Official Assignee.
There is no impediment for the judgment debtor to operate the account maintained in the garnishee Bank.
