In continuation of the order passed by this Court on 23.08.2023, it is now brought to the notice of the garnishee that, already a sum of Rs.1,70,000/- was transferred from the account of judgment debtor to the account of Official Assignee/the decree holder.
2. Further, the Learned Counsel for the judgment debtor has offered one time settlement, same been accepted and he has granted time till 07.09.2023 for further payment of Rs.2,50,000/- towards full quit settlement.
3. In the light of the above facts, the order of arrest passed by this Court on 23.08.2023 deferred till today stands withdrawn.
4. Accordingly, the Application No.5946 of 2022 is closed.
