The present revision petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.13 of 2019 pending on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Peraiyur.

The present revision petitioner is the 4^th defendant in the suit.

According to the revision petitioner, the matter is posted for trial from March 2020 onwards. However, so far the trial has not yet begun. The B- Diary extract produced by the revision petitioner discloses that from 30.03.2020, the matter is being posted for trial and it was last listed on 20^th of February 2023 and adjourned to 24.04.2023 for trial.

Considering the fact that the matter is being continuously
