According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, they have re-presented the execution application and the same has also been numbered by the learned Principal District Judge, Karur. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present revision petition.

Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition stands closed. The learned Principal District Judge, Karur, is directed to dispose of the case on merits and in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
