Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India,to direct the Learned Principal District Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District to Dispose of the Original Suit in O.S.No.81 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Court, Nagercoil Kanyakumari District as expeditiously within time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption “Extension of time for Lower Court” and upon perusing the earlier Order of this Court, dated 10.11.2023, and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil vide letter D.No.10095/2023, dated 17.10.2023, this Court made the following order:-

Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2.It is seen from the records that this Court, vide order dated 03.01.2023, directed the learned Principal District Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.81 of 2014 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

3.Now the learned Principal District Court, Kanyakumari District at

Nagercoil, has submitted a requisition dated 17.10.2023 stating that the Presiding Officer was transferred on 04.10.2023 and he had taken charge on 09.10.2023 and that the case was reopened for arguments and seeks two months further time.

4.Considering the reasons assigned, the learned Principal District Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, is hereby directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.81 of 2014 within a period of two months from today (10.11.2023).
