This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners/accused to enlarge them on bail in the event of their arrest by the respondent police in Crime No.Not known on the file of the respondent police.
2.When the matter is taken up, it is informed by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that, action dropped settled to mediation.
3.With regard to the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petition seeking anticipatory bail would not arise.
