3.In view of the above development, there shall be a direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvannamalai to act upon the final report, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If ultimately, the concerned Court takes cognizance of the offence and issues summons to the petitioner and the petitioner is aggrieved by the final report, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
4.This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
