This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to
condone the delay of 20 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the Judgment dated 28.02.2023 in C.C.No.115 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam.
- Mr.P.Veeraraghavan, learned counsel appearing for the
respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.
- This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit
filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
- Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is
otherwise in order, and list the matter for admission.
