The present petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.10 of the order dated 14.02.2023 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3209 of 2023 while granting bail.

not having the properties in their name. Hence, he would seek to modify the aforesaid condition.
by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition to the effect that “ the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge and Presiding Officer, Special Court under E.C and NDPS Act Case (FAC), Salem”. All other conditions remain intact.
Petition is allowed.
