This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by
this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2398 of 2023 dated 06.02.2023 in para 6(a) as follows :-
“6.(a) the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.29 of 2023 before the concerned Magistrate within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall produce the said receipt before the court below. ”

considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the petition seems to be justifiable, this Court is inclined to modify the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.29 of 2023 before the concerned Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and he shall produce the said receipt before the court below.
