This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6148 of 2023 dated 17.03.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

1. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has been taken up for trial in P.R.C.No.5 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, Krishnagiri and the case now stands posted on 12.05.2023.

1. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6148 of 2023 dated 17.03.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, Krishnagiri, on 12.05.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.

1. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
