This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 253 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the impugned order, dated 12/2/2020, passed in C.M.P.No.2203 of 2020 in Crl.A.Sr.No.839 of 2020, by the District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.
- Heard Mr.A.Deivasigamani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Deepan Uday, learned counsel for the respondent.
- Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the fact that respondent has not raised any objection in allowing this petition, instant Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
