This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the order, dated 17/11/2022, passed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.No.28003 of 2022.
- Heard Mr.A.Arikrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.
- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in paragraph Nos.5 and 6 of the order, instead of typing Subordinate Court, Tirupattur, it has been typed as II Additional District and Sessions Court, Vellore @ Tirupattur.
- Accordingly, in paragraphs 6 and 7 of the order, dated 17/11/2022,
instead of II Additional District and Sessions Court, Vellore @ Tirupattur, it should be read as Subordinate Court, Tirupattur.
