This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 106 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order, dated 27/6/2022, passed in C.M.P.No.5403 of 2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Vellore.
- Heard Mr.T.Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Vinoth, learned counsel for the respondent.
- Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the fact that the respondent has not raised any objection in allowing this petition, instant Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
