This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 02.11.2020, under which, in Crl.M.P.No.6367 of 2020, the substantive sentence imposed against the petitioner has been suspended on condition that the petitioner shall report before the Town
Police Station of Erode everyday at 10.30 a.m.
- According to the petitioner since 11.11.2020 the petitioner has been complying with the orders of this Court.
- However, Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public
Prosecutor, on instructions would submit that, majority days the petitioner has been complying with the orders of this Court, but some days he had been absented hence, it shall also to be noticed.
