PRAYER : Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent herein for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P(MD) No.23884 of 2016, dated 18.08.2022.

ORDER
The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of
the order of this Court dated 18.08.2022 made in W.P(MD) No.23884 of

2016. As per the said order, the fifth respondent, viz., the District Revenue Officer, Madurai District was directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the writ petitioner.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the Contemnor/ 5 th respondent had brought to the notice of this Court that on 08.04.2023, the said appeal has been disposed of and final order has been
passed and a copy of the order has also been marked to the writ petitioner through registered post.
3. Since the order has been complied with, this Contempt Petition
is closed.
