respondent and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 & 3 made a submission that a part amount has already been settled in favour of the petitioner and the balance amount due to him will be settled within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed. However, in the event of any failure on the part of the respondents in settling the balance amount, the petitioner is at liberty to reopen this contempt petition by filing appropriate application.
