Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.18291 of 2017 dated 08.10.2021, this Contempt Petition is filed.

This Court vide order dated 08.10.2021 in W.P.(MD).No.18291 of 2017

has quashed the impugned order and further directed the respondents to proceed afresh to decide whether any excess payment is made to the petitioner and recover after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks. In pursuant to the order of this Court, the respondents have granted opportunity to the petitioner and the petitioner has also participated in the enquiry. Thereafter, fresh order is passed on 17.04.2023. Therefore, the order of this Court is complied with by order dated 17.04.2023.
