ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the

respondents for having committed contempt of Court by disobeying the order passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.1424 of 2023 in W.P.No.1364 of 2023 dated 12.01.2023.

Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has been considered and therefore, he is not pressing the contempt petition.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the

petitioner, the contempt petition stands closed.
