The learned Special Government Pleader had forwarded a proceedings dated 14.09.2023 in PR.No. 215/PR.III(1)/1998 wherein it had been finally stated as follows:-
“ 6. Accordingly, Thiru.R.Gopinath, Ex.PC 14651 is taken back for duty with immediate effect. The Inspector of Police, “D” Company, Armed Reserve-I, Greater Chennai Police is instructed to serve a copy of this order to the delinquent under proper acknowledgement and inform the date of joining of the above said PC to this office immediately without fail.
